I’m now on Day 7. After the loading days I gained quite a bit. So my “true” starting weight before the LCD (low calorie diet) was 330. It has now been 7 days and I’m now at 314.6 lbs. I’ve lost 16 lbs!!!! Amazing… this has been so easy. I HIGHLY recommend this diet… it is life-changing!
